Client Support Services Coordinator

About Us: Neighbors Link strengthens the whole community by actively enhancing the healthy integration of immigrants. We provide innovative and impact driven programming to immigrant families and work to empower clients to successfully navigate community resources and to foster client leadership.

Summary: We are seeking a full-time Client Support Services Coordinator that will connect our Mount Kisco and Ossining clients to the in-house and community resources they need to improve their quality of life. The Coordinator will also help expand our presence in Westchester County through marketing and community building efforts. The ability to work independently, in close coordination with fellow staff members, is essential. The position reports to the Senior Program Manager and will require an occasional evening or weekend assignment.

Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage intake process and assess client needs
  • Refer clients to community agencies; collaborate and coordinate with partners to provide clients with needed assistance
  • Provide emergency support to clients when appropriate
  • Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce client database; produce reports for staff and management
  • Distribute marketing materials and promote Neighbors Link programs in the communities we serve
  • Survey current program participants to gauge satisfaction and fine-tune future programming
  • Maintain active relationships with local community groups; expand and develop additional partnerships
  • Support Program Managers through call campaigns and program registration as needed

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish required
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1-2 years experience in front-line client relations in a social services or school setting
  • Strong communications skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Proficiency with MS Office software; familiarity with Google/Outlook calendar and database experience a plus
  • Ability to drive independently between our Mount Kisco and Ossining locations
