Continuing our celebration of April being Volunteer Appreciation Month, Neighbors Link wants to thank all of our lovely childcare volunteers! These volunteers are a tremendous help as they come in and play with our clients' children while parents participate in Neighbors Link events. Our volunteers assist the children with games, toys, playdoh, and provide great support to our programming - thank you all!

We had a very successful asylum clinic this weekend thanks to the efforts of some incredible volunteers! Thank you to Westchester County Attorney John Nonna and the Westchester County Bar Association for once again volunteering time and expertise to assist new arrivals with their asylum applications. Thank you also to the Bard College students who helped with translation, remote client consultations, completing asylum applications and attending clinics. These students have been part of our volunteer program for 8 months and have shown outstanding work and enthusiasm!
