Program Assistant

Job Summary: We seek a full-time Program Assistant who can support the programs and activities of our Education and Skills Development programs. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential. The Program Assistant will report to the Program Manager, on a regular weekday schedule of 12 noon to 8 pm, with the occasional weekend assignment.


  • Assist with client registration and facilitate program activities for our ESL and Skills Development programs
  • Support our after-school Learning Links program at Mount Kisco Elementary School
  • Conduct and capture client phone survey data for a variety of Neighbors Link programs
  • Collect, enter and update client information and attendance records in our Salesforce client database
  • Provide phone and administrative support during the Administrative Assistant’s daily lunch break: field phone calls, receive & direct visitors, distribute program information
  • Provide phone and administrative support during early evening hours
  • Assist with evening client support services as needed
  • Support special events at the center: consular visits, field trips, Family Health Day, etc.


  • Bilingual English/Spanish fluency required
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred; associate’s degree required
  • Proficiency in MS Office software and some data entry experience
  • The ability to work on several projects simultaneously and support multiple supervisors
