Our Fall/Winter 2009 Newsletter is a strong "photo" issue - with vibrant images of fun, festive events that have brought the community together at Neighbors Link to celebrate shared cultures, and Neighbors Link programs that support strong families and improve skills – empowering parents and children to engage fully in their community. Clients are busy taking advantage of educational opportunities at the center during this down economy, including the new Rosetta Stone language program courtesy of the Regan family.
